This is a performance (VGP) breeding between two dogs that compliment each other’s abilities and conformation, bringing an excellent balance to the breeding. This breeding is going to produce very nice hunting dogs with an outstanding desire to hunt for you whether upland bird hunting, duck hunting, or recovering lost deer after your (bad) shot in the woods. These pups will be capable to find, point, and retrieve game; puppies will be placed in good hunting/testing homes. We would like to see our pups do what they're bred for–hunt. Bacara is a elegant female with excellent form and movement. She is the dam of vom vomsparta’s ( H ) litter and which has produced 6 prize 1 derby dogs, 5 Solms prize dogs, and 2 VGP 1 utility prize dogs so far, with 3 more dogs training to be tested at VGP, they all have very high cooperation and willingness to please. In testing, Bacara in her first litter has produced dogs with allot natural abilities, strong pointing, very good quality noses and strong water drive, all around very strong hunters.

Darroch von der Merrymeeting: (AKA- Oakley) is a larger size male (26.5 inches) with excellent conformation and a very good temperament (calm), he has very dark pigment and med eyes. He is a very strong and smart hunter. He is hunted mostly in woodcocks, grouse, and ducks. He is very good in water with many retrieves in frigid waters. Oakley brings a tremendous amount of natural ability. Oakley was trained and tested by a first time trainer and was cooperative throughout. He is very good with young kids and other dogs and he lives in the house with his family and young children and other dogs. Oakley has been tested in multiple systems with very good results
